Terms of Service

Company Name: Vanity Polish Nails & Spa (operated by A&A LLC)

1. Service Agreement

By booking an appointment with Vanity Polish Nails & Spa, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide professional manicure, pedicure, acrylic, Gel-X, waxing, and add-on services as described in our service menu.

Our services include (but are not limited to):

Manicure Packages (classic, gel, hard gel, combos)

Acrylic Extensions & Fills

Gel-X Extensions & Fills

Pedicures (classic, deluxe, paraffin, hot stone, A & D Signature)

Waxing Services (face, body, arms, legs)

Add-Ons & Extras (French tips, nail art, cuticle trimming, paraffin, etc.)

We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, promotions, or policies without prior notice.

2. Booking, Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure all appointments.

The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Deposits apply to the service booked and are not transferable unless rescheduling conditions are met (see below).

We accept payments through approved, secure processors.

3. Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment to transfer the deposit to a new date. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations: Made less than 24 hours before the appointment result in deposit forfeiture.

No-Shows: May be charged up to 50% of the service price, in addition to forfeiture of the deposit.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in denial of future services.

4. Service Policies

Clients are expected to arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and forfeiture of the deposit.

Service times and results vary depending on nail condition, natural growth, aftercare, and lifestyle.

Add-ons and upgrades must be requested and approved before the start of service and will incur additional fees.

For waxing services, clients must disclose use of skin-sensitive products (e.g., retinol, Accutane) to avoid injury.

We reserve the right to refuse service due to health concerns, open wounds, signs of infection, disruptive behavior, or repeated policy violations.

5. Liability & Risk

Vanity Polish Nails & Spa is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or medical conditions not disclosed prior to service.

Clients must inform technicians of any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries that could affect treatment.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Indemnification: By booking, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vanity Polish Nails & Spa and A&A LLC from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of services.

6. Communication & Text Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive texts, calls, or emails from Vanity Polish Nails & Spa (operated by A&A LLC).

Service Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, rescheduling notices.

Marketing Messages: Special promotions, offers, and event notifications (only if separately opted in).
